  7.     Remember that giddy speculation about how pop introvert
  8. MICHAEL JACKSON, at Madonna's behest, was going to change his
  9. image? Well, the new Michael is on display in Black or White,
  10. the first video from his upcoming Dangerous album, and whipped
  11. cream aside, it looks as if not even Madonna can drag Jackson
  12. out of the '80s. "There is no new look," confirms a Jackson
  13. spokesman, or as the video's director, JOHN LANDIS, puts it,
  14. "Michael looks like Michael." Which is to say, a little weird.
  15. The frothiness is the result of a wacky, on-set, cream
  16. pie-squirt gun-water balloon battle orchestrated by Jackson and
  17. video co-star MACAULAY CULKIN. Hundreds of pies were ordered,
  18. and a camera crew caught the whole thing ("Michael documents
  19. everything in his life," says Landis). Maturity is still a dirty
  20. word in the Jackson camp.
